Connecting people, pets, and nature, through mindfulness!
What sort of superhero would you be?
Given a choice, what would your super powers look like?
BAM! You’ve got them.
Not that easy?
And why not?
We go through the world using only a tiny fraction of our actual power each day. The energy in each of our bodies (if we could direct it) would power a small city.
So, who says that you don’t have super powers?
Only your own mind.
Your mind (and mine) has been taught from an early age that there’s a lot of things that you cannot do. What happened to an educational system that taught us what we needed, so we could imagine new things, new ways, and keep trying until we made them happen?
Thomas Edison tried something like 2000 different designs for the incandescent light bulb, before he hit on one that worked. When asked about all those “failures”, he referred to them as “just 2000 designs that didn’t work”.
And one of his teachers said he was “too stupid to learn anything.” *
If we don’t keep trying, we never find our super power.
Keep trying.
Don’t give up.
Know that you have super powers, and you CAN find them.
Just keep trying.
Because your super power may be the one that can change our world for the better, for everyone.
You have within you the power and capability to change the world.
Think about it.
Find it.
And, as the people at Nike have said, “Just do it.”
Because you can.
