Connecting people, pets, and nature, through mindfulness!
There is a place in your mind that is completely peaceful, completely trusting, and completely fulfilled.
Your job is to find that place, and stay there.
In order to find that peaceful spot, though, you have to block out all the distractions that are so common.
You know that worrying about something that hasn’t happened is a complete waste of time. I know that, too. But we still do it. And, if you watch the news, or listen to the radio, the media will give you plenty to worry about.
Worries are distractions from our true purpose, leading us away from the path to peace.
If you’re worrying about catching the Corona virus, you’re not enjoying the health that you have today.
Worrying takes a lot of energy. And it’s not constructive. We’re encouraged at every turn to worry about something, though!
The Divine has a plan for you. It does NOT include worry. It does include resting in the assurance that your needs will be met and exceeded, if you will allow it.
Today, spend three minutes, four times if you can, in purging your mind of worry and inviting the Divine to fill you in on the plan, to lead you along that proper path.
It’s a quiet voice, though. Listen carefully. And be blessed today!
