A Course in Miracles Experiment (by Pam Grout) Day 89

You are entitled to miracles.  I am entitled to miracles.  Everyone is entitled to miracles.

What we forget is that we have to give voice to what we truly want, that we have to make room in our heads to imagine and envision the miracles we want!

Start a journal today.  Make it your “Miracle Journal”.

It doesn’t have to be fancy.  It doesn’t even have to be a notebook.  Start with one page.

Spend 15 minutes today, while you’re drinking your first cup of coffee or tea, and write down a couple of your dreams.

Then put that page away somewhere, and do another one tomorrow.

Our minds truly create our reality.  If you take that 15 minutes every day to create the reality you WANT, focusing on that goal, it will come into your life.

Your job, and mine, is to use the power inherent in our heads to make that reality happen.

It’s not a negative process.  We have to remember that whatever we pay attention to, that’s what we’re going to get.  So you can’t spend all your time bemoaning the awful state of politics, the world, the healthcare crisis, and expect that to produce something positive.  That’s not how it works.

Do you spend most of your time complaining, worrying, wondering what else can go wrong?

If so, you’re attracting those negatives into your life and experience.

Catch yourself today.  Each time you find yourself thinking about anything negative, turn it around.  Fix the problem in your head, make it positive, then go back to work.  Because you have to have rain, to get a rainbow.

And have a blessed day today!
